Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated July 23, 2026 · Draft for counsel review before live operation.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and governs the subscription services you purchase through Medabol.
When your subscription begins

Your subscription starts when you complete the intake and pay for your first term. Payment at checkout is taken under the "charged only if prescribed" model: a licensed clinician still has to determine that treatment is appropriate before any care is delivered.

If the clinician does not approve you

If the reviewing clinician determines treatment is not appropriate for you, your subscription is cancelled and your payment is refunded in full, automatically, to your original payment method. No request is required.

72-hour cooling-off window

You may cancel within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no subscription services (clinical review completed, prescription issued, or medication shipped) have yet been delivered to you.

Cancelling an ongoing subscription

You may cancel at any time, for any reason, from your patient portal or by emailing support. To avoid the next charge, your cancellation must reach us at least 72 hours before your next billing date; otherwise the current cycle bills normally and cancellation takes effect the following cycle. After cancelling, you keep access to services through the end of the paid period.

Refunds on monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for the billing cycle in which you cancel, nor for prior cycles. Cancellation stops future charges only.

Refunds on multi-month plans

Plans billed for two or more months at a time are refunded for the months in which no medication has been shipped to you. Once a bundled supply has shipped, the shipped portion is non-refundable.

Prescription medication cannot be returned

Federal law generally prohibits returning prescription medication to a pharmacy for refund or reuse once it has been dispensed for a patient. This protects the integrity of every medication we deliver.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your medication on arrival. If anything appears damaged or incorrect, contact support immediately; damaged items are replaced by the dispensing pharmacy upon evidence of damage, and incorrect items are replaced at no cost to you.

What your subscription price includes

A single subscription price covers clinical review of your intake, consultations conducted live or by asynchronous review, prescriptions where appropriate fulfilled through licensed partner pharmacies, care coaching, patient support, and shipping — as described at checkout for your specific plan.

If you become ineligible during care

If your clinician later determines you are no longer eligible for the program, your subscription is cancelled and a refund may be issued for undelivered services. Contact support with any questions about an eligibility-initiated cancellation.
