Terms of Service
Last updated July 23, 2026 · Draft for counsel review before live operation.
Medabol is a technology and support platform: we collect your intake for clinical review, provide scheduling, payment and administrative support, coordinate prescription fulfillment and shipping, and operate the communication tools that connect you with your care team. Medabol does not practice medicine and is not a pharmacy. All care is provided by independent licensed clinicians organized in professional medical entities, who alone decide whether to prescribe; pharmacy services are provided by independent licensed pharmacies.
You must be 18 or older, located in a U.S. state we currently service, and able to form a binding contract. Completing the intake and paying does not guarantee treatment — a clinician may determine care is not appropriate, in which case you are refunded in full per the Refund Policy.
Keep your account credentials confidential, maintain one account, and provide information that is true, current and complete — clinical safety depends on it. You grant us the license needed to operate the service: to process and display your information to those involved in your care and, in de-identified form only, to improve the service. Your health information remains protected as described in the Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.
Don't misuse the platform: no unlawful use, no accessing others' data, no scraping, reverse engineering, interference with security features, or misrepresenting your identity or health information. We may suspend accounts that put patients, staff or the platform at risk.
Prices are shown before you pay, all-inclusive for the plan you select, and are cash-pay (not billed to insurance). Subscription plans renew automatically at the cadence you chose until you cancel; renewal charges use your payment method on file, and we send a reminder before each renewal. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
Care is delivered via telehealth under the separate Telehealth Informed Consent, which you accept before checkout. The independent medical entities providing your care are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce the provisions that protect them.
The platform, its content and trademarks are ours or our licensors'; you receive a personal, limited, revocable license to use the service. Feedback you volunteer may be used to improve the service without obligation. Third-party trademarks, including branded medication names, belong to their respective owners.
Content on the site is educational and is not comprehensive medical advice; rely on your clinician for decisions about your health. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the platform is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the service.
You may close your account anytime; we may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach. Termination never cuts off your rights to your medical records or to continuity of care: records access and transfer remain available as required by law.
Most concerns resolve fastest with support, and we ask for a 60-day informal resolution window first. Unresolved disputes are settled by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act; you and Medabol each waive jury trial and class actions. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Small-claims court and intellectual-property injunctions are excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms; material changes are notified and dated, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Copyright complaints follow the DMCA (agent contact below). Questions: support@medabol.example. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect; these terms plus the policies they reference are the entire agreement.
