No. Once a sterile liquid has left our hands we cannot verify how it was stored or whether its seal was compromised, so it cannot be taken back. Damage in transit is still handled as a claim.
Does every lot come with a COA?
Yes — COA per lot: every lot has its own certificate of analysis, and every order ships with the COA of its lot. Our sales team sends the COA of the lot you would receive; the COA page shows report previews.
Can I combine products from different goals on one quote?
