Quality

A clear route into serious batch review.

The process starts with a precise request and ends with the documents available for the selected material and lot.

Match → Check → Share

Three steps, one reference.

1.

Match

Confirm the product, content, SKU and the research workflow the material must support.

2.

Check

Review availability and identify the analytical records that apply to the request and lot.

3.

Share

Return the quotation and the documentation package for your team's review.

Principles

What the documents are for.

See the COA page for previews of our batch COAs and third-party test reports and how to read them.

Lot-level evidence

A certificate is only meaningful for the lot it describes. Records are matched to the supplied lot, not a generic badge.

Readable records

Product identity, specification, method, result and criterion are laid out so procurement and technical reviewers can align quickly.

Honest boundaries

Catalog copy and sample records start a conversation; they never replace the documents for a released lot.

Independent testing

Test it yourself. If it fails, you get a full refund.

Send any vial from your order to an independent laboratory of your choice. If the report shows the product does not meet the specification on its COA — purity below the stated minimum, or an identity that does not match — share the report with our sales team and we refund that product in full.
