A clear data note
Effective 6 October 2024. Last updated 9 October 2026. This notice explains what the Medabol website records when you browse or send an inquiry.
We receive the details you submit, such as your name, company or laboratory, email, phone, country, requested material and message. We also record limited visit, device, referral and security information used to operate the site.
We use this information to answer your request, prepare a quotation, match documentation to the requested specification, prevent abuse, maintain inquiry records and understand whether the site is working.
Authorized staff and contracted infrastructure providers may process the information for these purposes. Records may be held in a centralized administration system, with each record tagged by the website that received it. We do not sell inquiry data.
The site uses browser storage for visitor and session identifiers. Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for response, operations, security or legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, subject to applicable requirements.
An unfinished inquiry draft stays in session storage in your current browser tab until it is submitted or the tab session ends.
We use first-party measurement — and, where enabled, Google Analytics 4 — to understand page views, navigation, CTA use, searches and successful inquiry journeys. General analytics events do not contain the text typed into inquiry fields, contact values, inquiry references or copied text.
Questions or requests: . Please include enough detail for us to locate the relevant inquiry.
