About CagriSema

CagriSema is not one molecule. It combines Cagrilintide, a long-acting amylin analogue, with Semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist — two peptides that act on different receptor systems. In this listing the two are blended in equal masses, and the content on the label (5 mg, 10 mg or 20 mg) is the total of both.

Because it is a blend, it has no single CAS number, formula or molecular weight; the COA of each lot reports the two components. We list it under Metabolic research next to both single peptides. The pairing has been studied in clinical trials, from a phase 2 trial in type 2 diabetes (Frias et al., 2023) to two large trials in adults with overweight or obesity, with and without type 2 diabetes (Garvey et al., 2025; Davies et al., 2025).

Half of the stated content each: the two peptides are blended in equal masses, so a 10 mg vial holds 5 mg of Cagrilintide and 5 mg of Semaglutide. The COA of your lot reports both components.

Can I order the two peptides separately?

Yes. Cagrilintide and Semaglutide are listed as single products, each in several contents and each with its own COA per lot. They can go on the same quote list as the blend.
